SUBJECT: Town Hall Meeting Booked Up

Dear American Citizen:

Thank you for your warm response to our Town Hall Meeting scheduled at the Ista Hotel on September 25 at 3:00 p.m. We have received so many positive responses that we are unable to accommodate any more guests.

If you have already sent in your RSVP, please do come to the event. If you were planning to come but did not respond to the invitation that went out August 20, we regret to inform you that the event is now full and we will not be able to accommodate any more guests. However, we do plan to have another Town Hall Meeting in the near future. We hope that you will be able to come to the next one.

All attendees— U.S. Citizens as well as parents of U.S. citizens—must bring their passports to the event.

The new Consul General, the Chief of American Citizens Services, and the Regional Security Officer will present information about the U.S. Consulate General’s presence in Hyderabad and the services provided for citizens visiting or residing here. The new Chief of the Consular Section will moderate a question and answer session following the presentations. Tea and coffee will be served.

The U.S. Consulate General strongly recommends that all U.S. citizens in India register their presence and check for the latest security information on the Department’s Internet website at http://travel.state.gov.
