U.S. Climate change expert and journalist shares his expertise
Science writer and climate change expert Mr. Eric Roston described next steps on climate change for the U.S. to various audiences during his two day visit to Hyderabad October 19-20. Mr. Roston addressed students at St. Mary’s College and Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University. He also spoke to senior faculty at the Administrative Staff College and scientists from the Pollution Control Board. On his last evening he spoke at the Birla Science Museum on how non-scientists can better understand climate change. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Information Programs, Mr. Roston’s program aimed to encourage discussion on the environment and climate change and to encourage coordinated global action.
