PASSPORTS
Obtaining Additional Pages
If your U.S. passport's visa pages are filling up, but your passport is still valid and in good condition, you may apply for additional pages to be added to your passport. No appointment is necessary, but you must apply in person between 12:30-4 p.m. weekdays. Please fill in form DS-4085 “Application for Additional Visa Pages” prior to arriving at the consulate general. You may access form DS-4085 at http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/80120.pdf. Currently, there is no cost for additional pages. However, we will need to keep your passport overnight. Only one set of extra pages (24 pages are in each set) can be added to your passport at a time. You may have up to two sets of extra pages inserted into your passport. Once this limit is reached, you will need to apply for a new U.S. passport.
Application Requirements
Please submit the following by courier or registered post:

It may take another day or two for the passport to reach you by courier.
